What makes the Hypernova conical burrs special

The 63 mm conical burrs are made from 440 stainless steel with an edge hardness of HRC65 and a titanium coating. This increases durability and reduces heat build-up during grinding, so the cutting edges stay sharp for longer. The improved particle distribution results in a balanced profile with high clarity and medium body, suited to every roast profile for both espresso and filter.
