The Bezzera Unica PID is a single-circuit device from Bezzera with an E61 brewing group and electronic PID temperature control. The brewing temperature and steam temperature can be individually regulated via the PID module. The coffee brewing temperature can be set to temperatures between 80° C and 100° C, the steam between 105° C and 120° C. Due to the single-circuit technology, it is not possible to obtain steam for frothing milk parallel to the espresso extraction. In practice, the switching time between steam and extraction mode is around 2 minutes. The Bezzera Unica PID is aimed primarily at ambitious espresso enthusiasts.
