What makes the Ultra set special
The base is 440 stainless steel with a double titanium coating on the cutting edges. In an additional step, the burrs are polished at the micrometer level to remove the finest irregularities. The result: medium body, high flavor definition, a clear acidity, and a balanced profile.
The reworked Pre-Crushing geometry means a shorter grind time and a more consistent particle size. The coating keeps the cutting edges sharp and heat-resistant for longer, so the burr stays cooler while grinding – which contributes to clarity and sweetness in the cup.

Who the Ultra set is for
The Ultra set pays off above all for anyone working a lot with light and medium-light roasts for espresso and hitting the limits of the standard burrs there. If you mainly pull classic dark espressos, the Supernova or Hypernova burrs still serve you well.
