Rocket Mozzafiato Cronometro R – heat exchanger espresso machine
Slim and upright, its side panels of solid chrome-plated aluminium catch the light. The E61 lever clacks, the shot runs, the timer counts along – the Mozzafiato is the slenderest Rocket in the Cronometro range, made for kitchens where every centimetre of counter counts.
Coffee Coaching Club is a Rocket partner in Switzerland. With every new coffee machine from CHF 1'500, a private barista introduction course of around 60 minutes is included – in Bern, Zurich or online, for up to two people from the same household or company attending together. The course must take place within one month of delivery; after that, the entitlement expires. Get in touch with us for the course and we'll find a date together.

Who it is for
For anyone with a narrow counter who still wants the full E61 experience with a rotary pump and the plumbed-in option. The Mozzafiato is a statement in chrome – you either want it or you don't. Both are fine.
What goes with it
Grind affordably with a Varia from the Varia collection; a step up are the Eureka grinders or Weber Workshops. Tampers and distributors in the Tamper collection, scales from Normcore or Acaia. To help you choose, use the machine comparison.
Frequently asked questions
What sets the Mozzafiato apart from the Giotto?
Technically both are identical dual-circuit machines with E61. The Mozzafiato is narrower and uses solid chrome-plated aluminium side panels; the Giotto is a little wider.
R or V – what is the difference?
The R has a rotary pump and the plumbed-in option, the V a vibration pump running from the tank only.
Can I see the machine before buying?
Yes, in our showrooms in Bern and Zurich. Delivery across Switzerland and to Liechtenstein in 2–4 working days, Click and Collect and financing through Heylight available.
Roastery tip
Dense, round beans suit the E61 group particularly well. Try our Cozy Chocolate or the Nutty Delight. That is our recommendation, one of many.
