Whether your E1 is no longer working the way it should or something has broken: we take care of it. For the service, we work with the general importer of Victoria Arduino.

Repairs and cost estimate
Repairs are not included in the service package. We charge for them based on time and materials. We carry out repairs up to your cost cap without checking with you; above that, you first receive a cost estimate: CHF 150 incl. VAT; if you commission the repair, we credit you CHF 75.
Guarantee on our work
6-month workshop guarantee on the work carried out and the parts fitted: if a defect appears during this time, we fix it free of charge, without you having to prove that it was already there when the appliance was returned to you. Please check your appliance when it is returned to you and report defects immediately as soon as you notice them. Mandatory statutory rights remain reserved.
How it works
Request a service → drop off your appliance at our shop in Bern or Zürich, or send it or have it picked up by arrangement → diagnosis → approval within your cost cap → service → collection from the shop or return shipment. This usually takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the work involved and spare parts. Before your appliance comes to us, you pay a deposit of CHF 400 incl. VAT: in the shop when you drop it off or, for shipping or pickup, in advance via a payment link. We credit it to you in full. Shipping and pickup are only possible in the original packaging. You are responsible for packing and preparing the appliance and are liable for any damage resulting from this, as we have no influence over it. If you send your appliance yourself, you bear the costs and insure it adequately. On request, we arrange pickup and return shipping for you: we charge the actual costs of transport and insurance plus CHF 50 handling per trip. All the details: Service & Repair and Service Terms.
