80% Yemen Natural Heirlooms, with 20% of a unique High Density Specialty Robusta from India.

Rich, smooth, dark and dense. Noble woody notes with nougat-like nuances.

80% Arabica from Yemen and 20% Robusta from India, roasted in Germany.

Yemen: Al-Hudayah, Arabica, natural
India: Palpare Estate. High density canephora, washed

Suitable for: French Press, Mocha, Fully Automatic Machines, Portafilter

Recommended dosage: We use 20 g in a double sieve for two espressos. The amount of extraction is entirely up to you and your taste.
