Eureka lists the accessory as Mignon Wooden Stripes (manufacturer number ACC-LIS-003-1KIT for olive). According to Eureka, the stripes are made of 100 % wood and fit only the Mignon Specialità 18WD configuration. The set contains only the wooden parts, no grinder.
The burrs, grind setting and dosing stay unchanged. The panels change how the grinder looks and feels, not how it grinds. Our opinion is one of many.

Do the panels fit every Eureka Mignon?
No. According to Eureka, the Mignon Wooden Stripes fit only the Mignon Specialità in the 18WD configuration. If you are unsure, send us a photo of your grinder before ordering at [email protected].
How are the panels attached?
Magnetically. You place them on the housing and can remove them again at any time or swap them for another wood.
Is the grinder included?
