The Lelit Bianca V3 is Lelit's flagship for the discerning home barista — dual boiler with paddle for full flow control, Lelit Control Center (LCC), and new low-flow function. Available in several color variants.
The Paddle
By rotating the mechanical paddle on the brew group, you regulate the water flow in every phase of extraction. This allows you to precisely control the brewing pressure and get the maximum flavor profile out of every bean.

Dual Boiler Technology
Two separate stainless steel boilers — one for steam and hot water, the other for brewing water. Guarantees greater temperature stability without risk of overheating and simultaneous espresso extraction and milk frothing.
Low-Flow System
Four automatic programs for coffee brewing:
Full Flow: Espresso extraction consistently at 8–9 bar
Low Flow: Low pressure at the beginning and end of the shot
Full Flow with Pre-infusion: 8–9 bar, with pre-infusion at the beginning
Low Flow with Pre-infusion: Low pressure at the beginning/end + pre-infusion
For experienced users, this means precisely repeatable pressure and flow profiles. The paddle can be used in addition to the low-flow programs.
Temperature Control & Flow Control
With the Bianca, you have all parameters under control: PID accurate to one degree, manual water quantity control via paddle. Made in Italy.
