THE PADDLE
By rotating the mechanical paddle mounted on the brewing group, the water flow in the brewing group can be regulated and the brewing pressure can be optimally controlled in every phase of the extraction. By adjusting the brewing pressure, you can brew the best espresso from any coffee.

DUAL BOILER TECHNOLOGY
Bianca has two separate kettles made of stainless steel, one for steam and hot water, the second for brewing water. The dual boiler technology guarantees greater temperature stability, without the risk of the brewing water overheating and the possibility of brewing coffee and frothing milk or drawing hot water at the same time.
"LOW FLOW" SYSTEM
The machine can now be easily operated by less experienced users as they do not have to pay special attention to preparing the coffee. You choose between four automatic coffee brewing programs.
- Full Flow: Espresso delivery remains constant at 8-9bar
- Low Flow: At the beginning and at the end of the espresso brewing, extraction is carried out with low pressure.
- Full flow with pre-infusion: espresso brewing consistently at 8-9bar, starting with a pre-infusion.
- Low flow with pre-infusion: At the beginning and at the end of the espresso brewing, extraction is carried out at low pressure with a pre-infusion.
For the experienced users, this upgrade means that the pressure and flow profile can be repeated multiple times with precision. The paddle can still be used in addition to the "Low Flow" automatic programs.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND FLOW CONTROL
With the Lelit Bianca you have all the parameters of making espresso under control. With the PID, the temperature for making espresso can be adjusted to an accuracy of one degree. With the manual water quantity control you have full control over the brewing process.
