Who it's for
For anyone who wants dual boiler control and fast heat-up on a small footprint. The switchable steam boiler is handy when you often drink only espresso and only occasionally froth milk.
What goes with it
A grinder with a consistent grind, like the one from the Eureka range, a tamper and fresh beans like Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight. More in the Profitec collection.
Frequently asked questions
What does dual boiler mean?
Two separate boilers: one for the brew water, one for steam and hot water, with the brew temperature set independently so you can pull a shot and froth milk at the same time.
How quickly is it ready?
For espresso, in under ten minutes. If you've switched on the steam boiler, a few extra minutes for steam come on top.
Can I connect it to the water line?
The PRO 300 is designed for tank operation. Ask us during a consultation if a fixed water connection matters to you – we'll show you suitable alternatives.
Can I see it before I buy?
Of course – it's on display live in Bern and Zürich Oerlikon. Just let us know, and we'll have it ready for you.
Is the barista course included?
A private barista course can be booked in addition.
Roastery tip
Getting the most out of the dual boiler means matching the brew temperature to the bean: a little higher for light roasts, a little lower for dark ones. Thanks to the fast heat-up, you can also pull an espresso spontaneously without waiting long. That's our recommendation, one of many.
