The Three-Layer Rib System
The inner ribs are structured in three zones. The Seal Layer brings the paper into clean contact with the dripper, ensuring even extraction from the start. The Flow Layer guides the water in a controlled manner and keeps the flow steady. The Coffee Layer ensures that the coffee bed is evenly saturated. Together, this results in a clean cup with a smooth, predictable drawdown.

Which filter papers fit?
Timemore 01 filter papers fit directly. Common conical 01 papers can also be used.
What is the difference between the PCTG and glass versions?
In the material: PCTG is light and break-resistant – good for on the go. Borosilicate glass looks more elegant and is heat-resistant. The rib system is identical.
Can I see it before buying?

Roastery Tip
In pour-over, the Crystal Eye highlights fruity beans particularly clearly – try Wild Peach with a ratio of around 1:16. If you prefer it rounder, take Nutty Delight. This is our recommendation, one of many.
