Weber Workshops Bean Feeder – for Key MK I and HG-2
The Bean Feeder has two independently adjustable feed openings. This allows you to adjust the feed rate to suit bean size and preference – a small but effective adjustment screw when grinding.
Coffee Coaching Club is the exclusive Swiss importer of Weber Workshops.
What the Bean Feeder offers
The two openings control how quickly beans slide into the grinder. For very light, hard roasts, a reduced feed also reduces the load on the motor. Made from the same food-safe, anti-static black ABS blend as the Weber wipers; the surfaces are easy to wipe clean.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need the Bean Feeder for my KEY Mk 2?
No. The function is already integrated into the KEY Mk 2. The feeder is for the first KEY generation and the HG-2.
How do I adjust the feed?
You assemble the outer and inner rings, adjust the openings, and check the grinding result. If necessary, readjust until it's right.
Does it work with light roasts?
Yes. A reduced feed is even gentler on the motor for very light, hard beans.
Roastery Tip
Feel your way to the openings: set them smaller, grind a dose, observe the grind pattern and operation. The grinder runs more quietly this way, especially with light roasts. This is our recommendation, one of many.
