Weber Workshops Premium Salt and Pepper Mill with Stand

They are made from aerospace machined and anodized aluminum, 316L marine grade stainless steel shafts, and sealed and food grade bearings. The lids are held in place with 3 neodymium magnets that are strong enough to hold, but can still be pulled off for quick refills.

The salt mill looks identical on the outside, but has a revised interior to ensure the necessary corrosion resistance when grinding salt. All important internal parts are made of 316L marine stainless steel, but while the grinding discs and bearings of the pepper mill are made of hardened steel, those of the salt mill are made of zirconium.

The Caddy

The caddy is made from a solid piece of teak that has been sanded and treated with a VOC-free oil. The handle is made from solid brass and is held in place by 2 rust-proof fasteners. It will last forever and have a graceful patina.

Compatible salts and pepper

Pepper: Use whole grain peppercorns designed for grinding. We recommend Kampot and Tellicherry peppercorns, but there are countless varieties around the world.

Salt: Do not use damp, coarse-grained salt crystals. When not in use, store in a dry place to prevent the salts from "sweating out".
