The producer Gino Sadler Marin Ciriaco grows this wonderful coffee on his farm Finca Osopen in the Villa Rica region (Oxapampa) in Peru at an altitude of 1750 meters above sea level and processes it according to the honey process.
Dosage recommendation: We take 20 g in a double sieve for two espressos. The amount of extraction is entirely up to you and your taste.
