100% (Caturra) Arabica from Colombia, roasted in Switzerland
Processing: double fermented, washed
Suitable for: French Press, Mocha, Fully Automatic Machines, Portafilter
It is grown in permaculture in Colombia, Sierra Nevada and transported to Europe by sailing ship.
Recommended dosage: We use 20 g in a double sieve for two espressos. The amount of extraction is entirely up to you and your taste.
