White all the way to the back – the back panel for the light GS3
White is the most unforgiving colour in a café: every scuff, every greasy film, every spot where the coating has worn thin shows up immediately. That's why, on a white GS3, it's worth replacing that one metal panel instead of living for years with a spot that catches your eye every time you clean.
This back panel carries the colour code .50 and comes without lettering – a calm, uninterrupted surface for machines that stand freely in the room. Part number C.1.045.50.
When it's due
The white surface is dull, yellowed or worn down to the base material in one spot. The panel has dents or an edge that no longer sits flush. A screw hole no longer holds because the panel has been taken off and put back on too often during servicing. Or the machine took a knock at the back during transport.

From our workshop in Bern and Zurich
Our own routine, not a manufacturer requirement: we only handle white housing parts with clean gloves and wipe them once with a soft, damp cloth before installation – otherwise fingerprints on fresh white bake in with the heat and are hard to remove later. Then a few shots as a check, in our case usually with Nutty Delight. It gets more chocolatey with Cozy Chocolate, stronger with Very Nutty. Everything else under Coffee beans.
No returns
Original spare parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are procured specifically for each order and cannot be resold after installation or test fitting on the machine. So before ordering, check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine – or drop us a quick line and we will clarify the fit together. Your rights in the case of defective goods remain unaffected.
Is the white exactly the shade of my machine?
The number C.1.045.50 is the factory white version. The documentation doesn't give us a RAL shade, so we don't claim one. If your machine comes from a special series, send us a photo before ordering.
Is a logo included?
No, this panel has no lettering. The logo for the GS3 back panel is a separate item.
What is the difference from the panel without colour suffix?
The standard version C.1.045 has no colour code. White is .50, black is .60. Three items, same shape.
How do I care for the white surface?
With a soft, damp cloth and a mild cleaner. Abrasives and aggressive degreasers take the shine off white surfaces – that's our experience from the workshop, not a manufacturer requirement.
