The front panel is the surface you look at while pulling a shot: just above the portafilter, in your line of sight, all day long. That is exactly why every scratch and every dent shows there, and exactly why this part gets ordered – not because the machine has stopped working, but because it should look the way it did on day one again. This finish is RAL 9006.
Typical marks come from everyday work: the abrasion where the portafilter rubs when you lock it in, a dent from a jug, dull spots from an overly harsh cleaner. None of this affects the coffee – but on a machine that stands in a living room or a shop window, the front counts for more than any internal assembly.
When it's due
Scratches, dents or worn spots on the front. Dull patches after cleaning with an overly harsh product. Bent corners after transport. Or you want to change the colour of your Micra and are deliberately swapping the panel.

Who it's for
For Micra owners whose machine is on display and who want to replace a damaged front, and for businesses refurbishing a machine before resale or after transport damage.

Our routine from Bern and Zurich, explicitly ours and not a manufacturer's specification: we clean panels only with a damp microfibre cloth and dry them straight away. Anything containing descaler stays with the water circuit and never touches a painted or coated surface – that is exactly what causes the dull patches you can no longer polish out later. And after installation: heat up the machine, pull an espresso, take a look. For us it's usually Nutty Delight or Cozy Chocolate, and in milk drinks the Very Nutty. More under Coffee beans.
Returns excluded
Spare parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are sourced specifically for each order and cannot be resold once they have been installed or test-fitted on a machine. So before ordering, check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine – or drop us a quick message and we'll clarify the fit together. Your rights in respect of defective goods remain unaffected.
Frequently asked questions
What colour is RAL 9006?
RAL 9006 is the colour code La Marzocco specifies for this finish. We deliberately don't give a trade name for it, just the code – that lets you identify the colour unambiguously.
Are screws and logo included?
No. You receive the panel. We stock logos and fastening parts as separate items.
Does it fit every Linea Micra?
We list the number C.1.748.71 for the Linea Micra. Because there are different build versions, we're happy to check the fit beforehand using the serial number.
Can I replace the panel myself?
The front is accessible from the outside. Take your time, with the machine cooled down and switched off, and lay the new panel on a cloth so it doesn't get scratched. If you're unsure, we'll do it in our workshop.
Can I pick up the part from your showroom?
