Eureka Atom 75W – Espresso Grinder with Grind by Weight
The portafilter goes in, you tap in 18 grams – the grinder weighs as it grinds, and stops itself right on target. No re-weighing, no correcting. What lands in the basket is accurate to a tenth of a gram.
The Atom 75W is part of the Atom line and brings its Grind-by-Weight technology with an integrated scale. The direct drive runs noticeably cooler than conventional motors, and Silent Technology keeps the grinding noise low. Coffee Coaching Club carries the Eureka lineup; Eureka has been manufacturing in Florence, Italy since 1920. This version comes in matte black.
Grind by Weight – Dosing by Weight
The integrated scale weighs the grounds in real time and stops automatically once the target weight is reached – accurate to 0.1 grams. Instead of grinding by time and re-weighing, you get every dose exactly right: 18 grams stay 18 grams, whether the roast is light or dark. Three weight presets can be saved in 0.1-gram increments, and there's also timed and manual operation. This solves the dose variation that pure time-based grinders get from retention.
75 mm Burrs, Quiet and Cool
The large 75 mm flat burrs made of hardened steel grind 3.3 to 4.8 grams per second. The direct drive at 1400 RPM and 430 watts transfers power efficiently and generates less heat, which protects the aromas. The ACE-System (Anti-Clump & Electrostaticity) reduces clumping and static buildup.
Touch Display and Workflow
The touch display with IPS technology guides you through doses and settings and lets you know when it's time to change the burrs. The grind setting is adjusted steplessly and micrometrically via the lower burr – the setting stays put through cleaning. The portafilter fork is height-adjustable and holds the portafilter hands-free; the solid body stands stable.

Is it suitable for filter coffee too?
It's built for espresso, but can also be set coarser via the stepless grind adjustment. For pure filter brewing, a brew grinder is the better choice; you'll find suitable models in the Eureka Grinders Collection.
