What's the difference to the "complete" version?
The complete version additionally contains the knock bar. This version here is just the bowl – cheaper, ideal if you already own the bar or want to purchase it separately.
How do I clean the bowl?
Regularly empty the coffee grounds, occasionally clean the bowl with warm water and a soft cloth. No harsh detergents or steel wool – stainless steel lasts for years if treated honestly.
Does the Olympia bowl also fit other espresso machines?
Yes. The dimensions of the bowl are universal enough that you can place it under any portafilter setup. It doesn't sit directly on the machine, but on your workspace.
