The ORBI Espresso Basket matches the standard basket Varia supplies with the portable ORBI. It can be removed for dosing, knocking out the coffee puck and cleaning.

20 g capacity, defined perforation
The standard basket is made of 420 stainless steel, holds 20 g and has 0.26 mm holes in a 58 mm format. It is the original basket specification of the portable ORBI.
The details in everyday use
Prepare the dose for your recipe, distribute and tamp, fit the basket according to the ORBI instructions and brew. After use, follow Varia’s care instructions. For the recipe, we work by weight at a ratio below 1:2: 20 g of coffee therefore gives less than 40 g of espresso. Our opinion is one of many.

No. This is the standard basket of the portable ORBI, with 20 g and 0.26 mm holes. The ORBI PRO has the separate Precision Basket with straight walls and 650 laser-drilled holes.
