What Makes the FLO Server Special
Every server is mouth-blown by hand, making each one a one-off. The clear borosilicate glass is heat-resistant, flavor-neutral, and doesn't pick up aromas even after hundreds of brews. It withstands temperature swings without cracking – you can pour hot coffee straight in without preheating the glass.
With 600 ml, there's room for 3 to 4 cups of filter coffee. Together with the FLO Dripper and its 350 ml brew volume, you catch a full pour and still have room to swirl. The stripped-down design without decoration, handle, or scale is intentional: you see the coffee from every angle and can watch the extraction in real time. The server is dishwasher-safe and stays clear even after many wash cycles.

0.6L or 0.4L?
The single-wall 0.6L gives you a clear view of the flow and holds more – ideal if you want to watch the extraction and brew 3 to 4 cups. If you'd rather keep individual portions warm for longer, the double-wall FLO 0.4L Dual Wall Server is the right alternative.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the server only fit the FLO Dripper, or others too?
It's optimized for the FLO Dripper, but works universally with any dripper like V60, Kalita Wave, or Origami – it's an open glass carafe with no mechanical coupling.
Is the server dishwasher-safe?
Yes. Borosilicate glass is heat- and chemical-resistant and can go in the dishwasher.
What does mouth-blown mean – is every server the same?
Every server is individually mouth-blown by hand. That means minimal differences in wall thickness and shape – each piece is a one-off, with consistent quality.
How many cups fit in the 0.6L server?
Depending on cup size, 3 to 4 cups. With the FLO Dripper, you have enough room for the full brew plus space to swirl.
Roastery Tip
A clear server is more than aesthetics for pour-over: the color of the flow shows you in real time where you are in the extraction. At the start, the drops are dark and concentrated – this is where easily extractable compounds such as caffeine, fruit acid and malic acid, and short-chain sugars dissolve first. The longer it runs, the lighter the flow becomes, and heavier compounds dissolve, bringing body and sweetness. If you switch the FLO from Fast to Slow, you extend the contact time at the same grind size – in the clear glass you see the difference immediately and taste it in the cup.
