Limited counter space, busy service – and the grind needs to be just right: The E65S fits slimly on the bar, runs remarkably quietly, and dispenses a repeatable dose at the touch of a button. Between two shots, you can adjust the grind with one hand, and the setting remains locked.

65 mm Special Steel
Glass bead blasted grinding burrs made of hardened special steel (64–66 HRC) ensure a consistent grind profile – the basis for clean extraction at medium throughput.
Icon Menu, up to 6 Recipes
Operation is via a clear icon menu and a rotary/push button. Up to six grinding recipes can be saved and recalled.
Stepless Adjustment with Lock
You can quickly and steplessly adjust the grind with one hand; an independent lock reliably holds the chosen setting.

With espresso, there's no "right" or "wrong": grind size, dose, and ratio are parameters you can adjust to suit your taste. A common starting point is 1:2, which means about 18g of coffee grounds to around 36g of espresso.
