The Labsweet V3 is designed for espresso lovers looking for an especially sweet and complex profile. The special geometry and the Red Speed coating ensure an optimal particle size distribution and even extraction. The third version is tailored specifically to espresso and offers improved body and a more pleasant mouthfeel.
Sweet profile, Red Speed coating
The burrs emphasize the sweet aromas of the beans and suit fruity and sweet roasts well. They work for both filter coffee and espresso. Made of tool steel with a thin titanium-aluminum-carbon-nitride coating (TiAlCN, Red Speed), they reduce heat transfer and are long-lasting – around 5000 kg of coffee.

On the E64 WS and X64 SD, the SSP burrs are about 0.1 mm thicker than the original burrs – recalibrate the zero point after installation (tool-free via the display on the E64 WS). Mahlkönig points out that installing non-original burrs may affect the manufacturer's warranty.
