The logo is the smallest part with the biggest impact. It sits exposed on the surface, with no frame and no edge to protect it – and that is exactly why it is the first thing to suffer when someone goes over the machine with a scouring pad.
Three pictures are typical: lettering with dull patches because the cleaning agent has attacked the surface. A logo lifting at one corner because the fixing has come loose. Or no logo at all, because the old one did not come off in one piece when the housing was replaced. In all three cases the machine looks unfinished, even though nothing is missing technically.
Replace the logo if it is scratched, dull or tarnished. If it lifts at one point or no longer holds. If it was damaged while dismantling the machine. And when you fit a new housing or a new back panel – a used logo on fresh sheet metal stands out immediately.

For anyone refurbishing their GS3 who wants to finish off with the detail you notice first from two metres away.
If you are working on the housing anyway: the drip tray grid GS3 and the hot water pipe GS3 are the parts next to it that age fastest. For the brew group there is the brew group flange gasket GS3. All GS3 parts under La Marzocco GS3 spare parts, the rest of the range in the Service parts section.
From our workshop in Bern and Zurich
Our own routine, not a manufacturer specification: we never fit a new logo freehand, but first stick two narrow strips of painter's tape onto the sheet metal as a guide – one horizontal, one vertical. Lettering that sits two millimetres askew catches the eye of anyone who sees the machine every day, and it rarely survives being peeled off a second time. Once everything is in place, we pull the first shot – on the GS3 we like to use Nutty Delight. For something more chocolatey, try Cozy Chocolate; for something stronger, Very Nutty. Everything under Coffee beans.
No returns
Service parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are procured specifically for each order and cannot be resold after installation or a test fitting on the machine. So before ordering, check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine – or drop us a line and we will clarify the fit together. Your rights in the case of defective goods remain unaffected.
It is the new version with the number D.3.001.01. Older machines may carry a different number – send us the serial number and we will check.
This position is the lettering for the housing. La Marzocco has a separate number for the back panel – if in doubt, send us a photo of your machine.
The logo is supplied. What you need to attach it depends on the version – ask us before you order.
Yes. Degrease the surface beforehand and align the logo before you place it – a second attempt is rarely as neat as the first.
Yes. In Bern at Gerberngasse 44 and in Zurich at Hagenholzstrasse 50b. Let us know beforehand and we will have it ready.
