A Strada is rarely hidden away. It stands on the counter, visible from three sides, and the red logo on the flank is the spot where the eye lingers. But that is also exactly where it gets wiped, bumped and brushed past – day after day, hundreds of times in a working business.
This spare part is the red lettering for the side panel of the Strada EP1, part number D.4.002. The logo is supplied on its own, without panel and without fixing material. It is a trim part: it has no technical function, but it decides whether the machine looks well cared for or tired.
When the red has faded and stays dull, even after polishing. When an edge lifts and catches during wiping. When moisture has got in behind it and left a dark rim. Or when the panel has been replaced and the lettering did not survive the removal intact.

For cafés that have been running their Strada at full capacity for years and want to give the machine a fresh face without ordering a whole panel straight away. For workshops that touch up the look after an overhaul. And for anyone refurbishing a used Strada.
The other parts for this machine are listed under Strada spare parts. For the glass panel of the Strada EP there is a separate red lettering: Logo red glass panel Strada EP. Also on the front sits the brew group channel, and if you are renewing the trim around the display, you will find the conical housing for the pressure gauge here. All spare parts at a glance: Spare parts.
Workshop tip from Bern and Zurich
Our routine, not a manufacturer specification: before removing the old logo, we stick two narrow strips of masking tape onto the panel as a guide – then the new one sits in exactly the same place and not two millimetres askew. Afterwards, degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry. And since the machine is off anyway in the meantime: pull a fresh espresso straight afterwards, in our case with Nutty Delight, Cozy Chocolate or Very Nutty. The full selection is under Coffee beans.
No returns
Spare parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are sourced specifically for each order and cannot be resold after installation or a test fit on the machine. So before ordering, check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine – or drop us a quick message and we will clarify the fit together. Your rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.
In the service documentation, this part is assigned to the side panel of the Strada EP1. For the glass panel of the Strada EP there is a separate item at a different price. Both carry the same part number D.4.002 in the documentation – if in doubt, send us the serial number and we will tell you which part belongs on your machine.
No. Only the lettering is supplied. Panel, glass and fixing parts are separate items.
The assignment to the Strada EP1 is documented. For the other Strada versions, we cannot confirm this across the board. Send us the serial number and we will check the fit.
The service documentation does not say, and we are not going to make anything up here. If you would like to know how the part sits on your machine, just get in touch – we will take a look.
Yes. We have two showrooms: Bern at Gerberngasse 44 and Zurich at Hagenholzstrasse 50b. Let us know beforehand and the part will be ready for you.
