A Strada EP is a machine you put on show. It stands up front, guests look at it while they wait, and the red logo is the point that ties it all together. After a few years of full-time operation, though, the wear starts to show: faded, chipped, loose at one corner.
This spare part is the red lettering for the Strada EP, part number D.3.004. The logo is supplied on its own, without a panel and without fixing material. It is a trim part with no technical function – and yet the first thing guests notice.
When the red is dull or blotchy and stays that way even after polishing. When an edge sticks out and catches when you wipe. When moisture has got in behind it. Or when the lettering didn't survive an overhaul or a panel change intact.

For cafés and roasteries that run their Strada continuously and want to refresh its look. For technicians completing the front again after an overhaul. And for anyone refurbishing a used Strada.
Everything for this machine is listed under Strada spare parts. For the side panel and the glass panel, the manufacturer has separate lettering: Red logo side panel Strada EP1 and Red logo glass panel Strada EP. If you're working on the front anyway, you'll find the brew group channel here. All spare parts: Spare parts.
Workshop tip from Bern and Zurich
Our routine, not a manufacturer specification: before we replace a logo, we photograph the old position with a phone and place a ruler next to it. It sounds excessive, but it saves the discussion about whether the new lettering now sits a millimetre too low. And since the machine is cold anyway: afterwards, pull a fresh espresso first. We use Nutty Delight, Cozy Chocolate or Very Nutty. Everything else under coffee beans.
No returns
Spare parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are procured to order and cannot be resold after installation or a test fit on the machine. So before ordering, check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine – or drop us a line and we'll clarify the fit together. Your rights in respect of defective goods remain unaffected.
We stock three red letterings for the Strada: this one under D.3.004, one for the side panel of the EP1 and one for the glass panel of the EP. They differ in number and price. Send us the serial number and we'll tell you which one belongs on your machine.
No. Only the lettering is supplied.
The fit is confirmed for the Strada EP. For other versions we can't say across the board – just ask us with the serial number.
The service documentation says nothing about this, and we won't make up any information here. If you'd like to know beforehand, get in touch – we'll look into it.
Yes. We have two showrooms: Bern at Gerberngasse 44 and Zurich at Hagenholzstrasse 50b. Let us know in advance and the part will be ready for you.
