The tank every espresso comes from
On the Linea Mini R, everything depends on the water tank: whatever sits in there ends up in the boiler, in the brew group and in the cup. This item is the complete tank with lid – the whole vessel, not just a single part of it.
A tank can look fine for a long time and still be due for replacement. Fine hairline cracks in the plastic only show once it is full; limescale and old filter pads leave deposits you can no longer remove; and once the tank has been set down on the floor, it picks up scratches where biofilm can settle.
When it's time
Replace the tank if it leaks at a corner or at the bottom, if it shows hairline or stress cracks, if the inside has turned cloudy, coated or smelly and can no longer be cleaned, if the lid no longer sits properly, or if a mount on the tank has broken off and it no longer slides properly into the machine.

Linea Mini water tanks and tank parts in our catalogue
For the Linea Mini and Mini R we carry several items around the tank: A.7.032, the complete tank including lid for the Mini R – that is, this product; A.7.003.R, the complete tank for the Linea Mini; A.7.002, the large lid for the Linea Mini water tank; the small lid for the GS3 and Linea Mini; and T.3.014, the removable plastic adapter for the Mini R. Which version belongs in your machine depends on the model series – the Linea Mini and the Linea Mini R are not the same here.
Who it's for
For anyone running their Linea Mini R from the tank rather than plumbed in to the mains, and for businesses that want to keep a second tank on hand so they don't have to stop while cleaning. Swapping it requires no tools – the tank is taken out and the new one put in.
What goes with it

We rinse out the tank every morning and never leave it half full overnight – standing water in the plastic is the reason a machine starts to taste different after a few weeks, long before anyone blames the coffee. No returns
Original spare parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are sourced specifically for each order and cannot be resold once they have been installed or test-fitted on a machine. So before ordering, check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine – or drop us a quick message and we'll confirm the fit together. Your rights in the case of defective goods remain unaffected.

Does the tank also fit the older Linea Mini?
Our documentation lists A.7.032 for the Linea Mini R. For the older Linea Mini, A.7.003.R is the right item. Send us the serial number and we'll check.
How much water does it hold?
We have no information on this, so we don't give a figure. The only reliable reference is the part number A.7.032.
Is a filter pad included?
No. We carry descaling pads for the water tank as a separate product.
