A quick sweep over the portafilter rim, once through the grinder chute, and the loose grounds are gone. The walnut handle feels warm in your hand, and thanks to the leather loop, the brush then hangs ready to hand on your grinder or apron. The Wings Cylindrical Brush is one of the barista tools from MHW-3BOMBER.
The round brush head sits in an aluminium ferrule on a walnut wood handle. The pig bristles are firm enough to loosen coffee grounds and soft enough for burrs, portafilter and work surface. At 175 mm long and 28 g, the brush is compact and light.
One Wings Cylindrical Brush with walnut handle, aluminium ferrule, pig bristles and an attached cowhide leather loop for hanging.
Tap the brush out briefly after use. In our experience, walnut stays beautiful when it isn’t left in water: rinse the bristles briefly under lukewarm water when needed, let them dry well and only wipe the handle with a damp cloth. For thorough grinder care, you’ll find cleaning products in our machine and grinder cleaning range.

For everyone who wants to tidy up quickly at the grinder or portafilter, at home or in the café. Especially handy with single-dosing grinders, where you give the chute a quick brush after grinding. And for anyone who likes having wood and leather tools in hand at the coffee bar.
Tip from our café: In our experience, a quick brush stroke over the portafilter rim before locking it in is worth it. Otherwise, loose grounds on the rim end up on the group head gasket. That keeps the gasket clean, and the espresso tastes the way it was roasted: with the chocolatey Cozy Chocolate just as with the nutty Nutty Delight. If you like it Italian-style, go for the Cozy Nut espresso blend. You’ll find all varieties among our coffee beans. That’s our recommendation, one of many.
For a thorough clean of grinder and machine: our machine and grinder cleaning range. For wiping afterwards: the MHW-3BOMBER microfibre barista cloth. More barista tools are in the MHW-3BOMBER collection.
