Bottomless E61 portafilter – a clear view of the extraction
The first time you pull a shot bottomless, you pause for a moment: the coffee emerges from the puck as a glossy, honey-coloured stream, gathers into a single thread and runs into the cup. No spout hides what's happening – you see straight away whether your distribution is even.
This bottomless portafilter is made from high-quality chrome-plated brass and has a black handle. It fits all models with an E61 group – including DUO Top MN, Matrix Top MN, Mitica Top, Mitica, Magica, Unica and Selenia. It comes without a filter basket.

No, the portafilter comes without a filter basket. You can choose a matching 58 mm basket separately.

Not in the dishwasher – a damp cloth or a rinse under running water is all it needs.
