• Optimized burr geometry: The Baracuda®'s 60 mm grinder enables a 2 to 3 times higher bean throughput while still providing a smooth grinding experience. This allows for precise grind settings for different preparation methods, from coarse grind for filter coffee to super fine grind for espresso and cezve/ibrik.
• Precise grind adjustment: The GX50 Gold Clix system with a fine thread allows for super-fine grind adjustment. Each click adjustment changes the vertical burr spacing by 41.6 µm, resulting in a change in target particle size of approximately 21 µm per click.
