Eurista Knock Drawer M – Grounds Drawer with Solid Wood Handle
The wooden handle feels warm in the hand, the drawer slides open silently, and after the shot the puck disappears with a rich, muffled knock – nothing rattles, nothing bounces back. A small moment that works just as well every morning.
Size M is the standard version for most grinders and fits into almost every coffee corner. There's a choice: a body in polished stainless steel that catches the light, or matte black that stays understated – paired with a handle in oak, walnut, or olive that echoes the look of your machine.
The appeal is in the details. The wooden handle has a milled, externally invisible grip recess and clips off to the right – so the stainless steel body can go into the dishwasher while the wood is cared for by hand. The ventilation holes run the entire length: they give the drawer its face and keep the interior dry, which counteracts mould spore formation.

Who it's for
For anyone who wants to collect the spent grounds neatly in one place without giving up on looks. The M fits under common grinders and next to most machines. Whether you've just set up your first grinder or have been grinding for years – the drawer keeps the corner in order without pushing itself into the foreground. That's how we see it; your corner belongs to you.

The difference is purely visual: the polished stainless steel body catches the light, the matte black version stays understated. Function and dimensions are identical – it's a matter of taste.
Can I remove the wooden handle for cleaning?
Yes. The wooden handle clips off to the right, and the stainless steel body can then go into the dishwasher. The wood is cared for by hand.
What wood types are available?
The handle is available in oak, walnut, and olive – each in oiled solid wood that echoes the look of many grinders and machines.

From the roastery: once the corner is set, the cup deserves to be right too. Most of us reach for Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight – dense, round, chocolatey. For maximum body without acidity there's Very Nutty, for a fruity experience Wild Peach from our coffee beans. Just our recommendation – one of many.
