Weber Workshops RoadRunner – No-Bypass Travel Brewer in Tritan
To brew, you flip open the handle, add ground coffee and hot water, and pump the crown up and down a few times. The vacuum pulls the water through the coffee, and what lands in your cup is clear, full-bodied – on the mountain, in the office, at the beach. No glass that breaks, no bitter residue in the carafe.
The Weber Workshops RoadRunner brings the BIRD's no-bypass vacuum method into a light, rugged travel format. The carafe is made from virgin Tritan, with a drive shaft and agitator in 304 stainless steel plus silicone seals. Coffee Coaching Club is the exclusive Swiss importer of Weber Workshops.
What Makes the RoadRunner
As with the BIRD, nothing here relies on gravity: a vacuum you control pulls the water through the coffee bed, every drop passes through the coffee. No bypass, no diluted water. Because you control the pressure yourself, you can grind finer than with many other travel methods – that means more extraction and more body.
Add to that what the BIRD doesn't have: a bistable folding handle that locks in place for brewing and folds flat for packing, plus three built-in Bean Cellars with disposable freshness valves inside the carafe. That way you carry your doses right inside the device.

The RoadRunner is the rugged travel version in Tritan, with folding handle and Bean Cellars.
