What makes it special
The dual-spring system gives way at a defined pressure and keeps the base level as it does – so you tamp consistently and straight, with no crooked puck. The tamper base is 7.5 mm thick, and the standard spring pressure equals 15 kg. If you prefer to tamp more softly, alternative springs are available with 10 kg (red spring) and 7 kg (blue spring). Espresso is complex, but not rocket science – a tool like this simply makes the path there calmer. Our view is one of many.
