Two independently controllable boilers, a solid E61 group head, and a stainless steel housing with coloured side panels: the Pro 600 gives you independent control over brewing and steam – and can also be run as a single boiler when needed. Profitec is a German manufacturer based in Bammental near Heidelberg, handcrafted in Germany and Italy.
Coffee Coaching Club is a partner of Profitec in Switzerland. With every new coffee machine from CHF 1'500, a private barista introduction course of around 60 minutes is included – in Bern, Zurich or online, for up to two people from the same household or company attending together. The course must take place within one month of delivery; after that, the entitlement expires. Get in touch with us for the course and we'll find a date together.
The brew boiler and the steam/hot water boiler are separate and independently controllable via the PID display. The display also shows shot time in seconds. When needed, the machine can be run as a single boiler.
The E61 group head with stainless steel dome keeps the temperature stable. Brew pressure is manually adjustable.

For anyone who wants independent temperature control for brewing and steam and prepares milk drinks regularly. The option to run it as a single boiler adds extra flexibility.
For an even extraction, a grinder from the Varia collection is a natural match – the VS3 for anyone who wants it affordable and precise, the VS6 for anyone who wants more. For the espresso itself, a scale: compact and reliable from the Normcore collection, or with app and flow-rate display from the Acaia collection. Add a tamper from the same Normcore range or from Weber Workshops, and fresh beans like Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight. More from the lineup in the Profitec collection.
Two separate boilers: one for brew water, one for steam and hot water. You set the brew temperature independently and can brew and froth at the same time.
The QS version has joystick valves instead of rotary valves for steam and hot water: one click, and full steam power is instantly available. The dual boiler and E61 group head underneath are the same.
Plan for around 20 minutes so the E61 group head reaches a stable temperature.
Of course – you can see it live in Bern and Zurich Oerlikon. Just let us know, and we'll have it ready for you.
You get the most out of the dual boiler by choosing brew temperature to match the bean: a little higher for light roasts, a little lower for dark ones. The manually adjustable brew pressure gives you one more dial to play with. That's our recommendation, one of many.
