In the manufacturer documentation this part is called “TCA Bushing Spring” – a spring that works together with a bushing. Springs like this keep a component under tension so that it does not shift, does not rattle and reliably returns to its position after every movement.
You only notice what a part like this does day to day once it is missing or worn out: something suddenly has play, something rattles quietly, something does not stay where it should. This item is the bushing spring with part number R019908932.

“TCA” is a generation designation at Rocket, not a separate machine model – so there is no separate category for it in the shop. The documentation does not say exactly where the spring sits or what its dimensions are. We therefore do not list anything we cannot verify, and recommend ordering by part number.
Important for installation
Because the installation position is not documented, this note applies as a precaution: switch off the machine, unplug it, and let it cool down and depressurise before opening any assembly. We deliberately do not provide step-by-step instructions here.

The springs in the Rocket catalogue
We carry seven springs, and their names sound similar enough to mix them up. They are not interchangeable – if in doubt, go by the part number from your service documentation, not by the name.
Four springs without series information: A209904332 for the steam and water valve, C219900427 for the coffee brewing lever, R299905958 and A999905754. For the last two, our documentation names neither the installation location nor the machine.
Three springs of the TCA series: A219909449, the spring for steam and water on the Appartamento TCA, A219909448, the matching spring support and R019908932, the bushing spring – that is, this product.
For none of these springs does our documentation state wire thickness, length or material. Send us your machine’s serial number and we will check the fit.
What goes with it

For an announced overhaul, we always order small parts of this size as well, even if we do not yet know whether we will need them. A spring costing a few francs that sits on the shelf is cheaper than a machine that stays in the workshop three days longer. That is our rule, not a manufacturer requirement.

Returns excluded
Original spare parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are sourced specifically for each order and cannot be resold after installation or a trial fit on the machine.
