Rocket Sotto Banco 2-Group
On the counter, just the brew groups, bare and quiet – everything else disappears below the counter. That keeps the view to your guests open, while the full power of a commercial machine stands ready underneath.
What makes the Sotto Banco special
The Sotto Banco is built as an under-counter machine: the service boiler and technology sit below the counter, while two saturated brew groups work up top. Saturated brew groups hold temperature very stable and, in our observation, deliver a more refined aroma picture than an E61 – others see it differently. A multiboiler system with a 9-litre service boiler, its own steam wand per group, and a 4.3-inch display on the under-counter module keep service flowing smoothly; the machine can be controlled over WiFi via a web app.

Goes with it

Roastery tip
