What makes the RE Doppia special

The RE Doppia is built on a dual boiler concept with a 4-litre brew boiler and a 9-litre steam boiler, plus saturated brew groups. The brew boiler is PID-controlled, the service boiler runs on a pressure sensor – that gives you very stable temperature and fast steam recovery. Cool-touch steam wands, a 4.3-inch TFT display, and USB and WiFi programming make service and setup easier. Chassis in AISI 304 stainless steel, boilers in AISI 316L. Saturated brew groups deliver a more refined aromatic picture in our observation – others see it differently.
