    Installation flat fee

    Before your machine reaches you, we prepare it carefully: we fit the right three-phase plug, check all factory-set machine parameters and take care of the initial filling and venting of the brew groups, so that it arrives ready to go. We arrange the delivery time with you.

    What’s included on site

    During installation, we connect your machine to the power socket fully prepared on your premises, as well as to the fixed water supply and the drain. Finally, we check all functions and adjust the pump and expansion valve, so that everything is right from the very first cup.

    Under our terms and conditions, this installation package is a prerequisite for warranty service on site.
