biszu 150 CHF Shopguthaben sichern →You weigh out your portion, fill it into the glass, press on the cap – and the coffee stays fresh until you grind it. Instead of opening and closing a bag every morning, each bean only comes into contact with air twice: when filling and when grinding.
This version comes with a caddy made of black flamed oak (Onyx), matching the EG-1 Onyx. Coffee Coaching Club is the exclusive Swiss importer of Weber Workshops.
Each borosilicate glass is sealed with Weber's own one-way valve: the CO2 of freshly roasted beans escapes upwards, while the lighter oxygen stays out. This way, the coffee oxidizes significantly slower than in a repeatedly opened bag. Each glass holds approximately 18 to 22g, depending on bean size and roast.

The Onyx caddy is literally flamed and fire-polished. As a result, each piece may show small surface characteristics or fine cracks – this is part of the character of this process. Please consider this before purchasing if you expect a completely flawless surface.
Daylight in the room is not a problem as long as the glasses are not in direct sunlight. The biggest loss of freshness occurs through repeated opening and closing, not through ambient light.
The single-dosing principle excels with a single-dose grinder like the Weber EG-1 or Key. You can find fresh beans in our coffee bean selection, such as Cozy Chocolate.

The black surface is created by flaming and fire-polishing. Small characteristics or fine cracks are possible and part of its character.
It allows the CO2 of freshly roasted beans to escape and keeps oxygen out.
Fill whole beans and grind only directly before brewing – ground coffee loses its aroma many times faster. The one-way valve allows the early CO2 to escape without letting new oxygen in. This is our recommendation, one of many.
