What makes the Glass Server special
Each server is individually hand-blown – which makes every piece one of a kind. The clear borosilicate glass is durable, heat-resistant and neutral in taste. The double-walled insulation keeps the drink at temperature for longer and keeps the outside cool, which makes serving pleasant. At 0.4 litres, the carafe is designed for individual portions of coffee or tea and fits under the Varia FLO Dripper. It is dishwasher-safe, making it easy to use every day.

0.4L or 0.6L?
The 0.4L version is double-walled and keeps individual portions warm – ideal for one to two cups. If you want more volume and an open view of the flow while brewing, you will find, in the single-walled FLO Glass Server 0.6L the fitting alternative.

Why is the outside cool even though the coffee is hot?
The double-walled design separates the hot contents from the outside. This keeps the coffee warm for longer and makes the carafe pleasant to hold.
Does the server only fit the FLO Dripper?
It is matched to the FLO Dripper but can be used universally with other drippers.
Is the server dishwasher-safe?
Yes. Borosilicate glass is heat- and chemical-resistant and can go in the dishwasher.
Roastery Tip
For a single filter coffee, the 0.4L carafe is perfectly sized. Brew our Nutty Delight as a V60 or with the FLO Dripper and pour it warm into the double-walled carafe – that way the second cup stays as warm as the first. That's our recommendation, one of many.
