Hario Slow Cold Brewer Shizuku – Cold Drip in clear Japanese design
Quietly, cold water drips onto the coffee, passes through the stainless steel filter and collects in the glass carafe – a quiet process that ends in a clear, sweet concentrate.
The Shizuku is Hario's compact, uncomplicated cold drip brewer: a high-quality glass carafe, a sturdy stainless steel filter, clear Japanese design. We carry the brand at Coffee Coaching Club.
Cold drip, compact
Just like with the tall tower, cold water drips slowly through the coffee bed – without heat, barely any bitter oils are released, leaving a soft, sweet concentrate with low acidity. The Shizuku holds around 600 ml, sized for one to two people, and is simpler to set up and store than a tall brew tower. 50 paper filters are included.
