The revised geometry with integrated pre-crushing teeth ensures a more even particle distribution and more efficient grinding, especially for medium to medium-light roasts.
In the cup, this means more clarity and definition, a balanced body with sweetness, and a consistent particle distribution that leads to more even extractions – for both espresso and filter. The optimized tooth geometry also grinds somewhat faster.
