Why does each set look a little different?
Because every piece is made by hand. Glaze, shape and spout vary slightly – which makes every set one of a kind. On some bowls the spout is less pronounced or missing altogether.
What is included in the price?
The price applies to the complete set of bowl, Chasen, whisk holder and Chashaku.
How do I care for the Chasen?
Rinse with lukewarm water after each use, never in the dishwasher. Let it dry on the whisk holder so that the fine bamboo prongs retain their shape.
Can I see the set in person before buying?
Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – the display changes. Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
