The Linea Mini R drip tray in light grey
The Linea Mini R is the Micra's bigger sister, and its drip tray is a separate component with its own number. It catches whatever misses the cup when pulling a shot, is pulled out and emptied every day, and is the part you see most clearly from the front.
That is exactly why it is the first place where it shows that a machine has done a lot of work: pale edges from knocks, a brownish rim in the corners, a spot where the light grey is no longer even. This version replaces the complete tray in light grey.
When it is due
Replace the tray if it is cracked or lets water through at the transition to the drain. If it is warped and wobbles in the base. If the light grey surface is so scratched or discoloured that it no longer comes clean. If limescale has built up in the corners and will not come off. And if it has been dropped once and no longer sits flat since.

The drip trays of the Linea Micra and Mini R
We carry eight items around the drip tray of the Linea Micra and Linea Mini R: four complete trays for the Micra, one for the Mini R and three individual parts that sit on or at the tray. Which one belongs to your machine depends on the model series – and, for the Micra, also on the version.
Complete drip trays Linea Micra. Stainless steel, SA008, Black, SA008.60, White, SA008.62 and Light blue, SA008.63. All four carry the base number SA008 and differ in their version.
Linea Mini R. Light grey, SA727.71 – in other words, this product. Its own model series, its own number, its own price – a Micra tray does not fit there.

What goes with it

Our own routine, not a manufacturer requirement: on the Mini R we would rather empty the tray once too often than too rarely. A full tray sloshes when you pull it out, and whatever spills runs into the base – which is much more tedious to dry than the tray itself. Once everything is back in place, we pull the first shot: happily with Nutty Delight, more chocolatey with Cozy Chocolate, bold with Very Nutty. Everything under Coffee beans.
Returns excluded
Service parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are sourced specifically for each order and cannot be resold once they have been installed or test-fitted on a machine. So before ordering, check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine – or drop us a quick message and we will clarify the fit together. Yes. The tray is pulled out towards the front and pushed back in the same way. No tools and no technician are needed.
