All features at a glance
Three grinding modes
Classic mode (manual by time), Time mode (for espresso) and Library mode: In Library mode, you can store up to ten bean varieties, and the grind size is adjusted automatically.
Combined grind adjustment (GSA)
Stepless adjustment via knob (Classic), touch or automatically via the stored burr distance – down to fine micro-adjustments.
Pre-Dosing Unit (PDU)
The volumetric pre-dosing unit dispenses the amount stored in the recipe and eliminates the need for manual weighing. The PDU and the magnetic portafilter holder are available as accessories, not included in the scope of delivery.
BLDC motor, WLAN and touchscreen
The highly efficient BLDC motor runs quietly and cool. Operation is via a touchscreen, a WLAN module allows updates and remote access. Cooling fins on the back dissipate heat.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Library mode?
You store up to ten bean varieties with their parameters. When a recipe is selected, the grinder automatically adjusts the grind size; with the PDU, the quantity is also volumetrically dosed.
Are PDU and portafilter holder included?
No, both are available as accessories and are not included. Just ask us if you'd like to add them.
Can I see the EK OMNIA live before I buy it?
That depends on whether the EK OMNIA is on display right now. Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich Oerlikon (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – it is too large for that, and the display changes. Drop us a quick line at [email protected] before your visit, and we will check whether the EK OMNIA is currently there.
