A weighed dose goes into the small single-dose container, the hands-free fork presses against the portafilter – and the grind runs through quietly. The 65 mm Diamond Inside burrs work inside a chamber tilted at around 15 degrees, so the grounds fall forward into the dosing cup and almost nothing stays behind. What goes in comes almost entirely back out – dose in, dose out.
The Mignon Single Dose 65 brings the burr technology of larger Eureka models into the compact Mignon format. Coffee Coaching Club carries the Eureka lineup; the brand has been manufacturing in Florence, Italy for over 100 years. Diamond Inside and ELR – near-zero retention
The 65 mm flat burrs are the patented Diamond Inside burrs from Eureka – harder and more durable than ordinary grinding steel. Together with the ELR system (Extremely Low Retention) and the chamber tilted at 15 degrees, the chamber empties almost completely. The included Blow-Up system blows out the last remaining grounds, so every shot comes from a clean chamber. The ACE-System (Anti-Clump & Electrostaticity) reduces clumping and static charge – the grounds fall loosely into the cup.
Single dosing in everyday use
Included are a single-dose container (45 g) with an oak lid and a rotating metal slider, a stainless steel dosing cup (45 g) and the Blow-Up cleaning system. With the universal hands-free fork, you grind directly into the portafilter without holding it. This way you prepare every dose fresh, with no bean reserve sitting in the hopper.
Stepless adjustment and Silent Technology
Grind size is adjusted steplessly, down to the micron – fine adjustments from espresso to filter, with no fixed click stops. Silent Technology keeps the grinding quiet, and High-Speed maintenance gives you fast access to the grinding chamber without losing your grind setting.
