The Flair 58 is a fully manual, professional lever espresso press designed to maximize workflow and espresso from home extractions. This latest reference in manual espresso features Flair's industry-first 58mm portafilter, as well as a more robust frame and lever for easier extractions at higher pressure. The Flair 58 also includes specific customer-requested upgrades to the preheat and workflow with the introduction of a preheat temperature controller and a new valve piston that includes a puck strainer. You can easily set your group head to one of three heat settings to ensure proper preheating and temperature control with every shot. Simply add your brew water without having to remove the stem!

The 18 gram low flow basket is a perfect fit for any home barista's setup, allowing for a dosage range between 16 and 22 grams. This low flow basket allows for easier adjustment compared to the Flair 58's standard straight walled basket by providing a coarser Grind size allows for proper extraction, increasing overall compatibility with a variety of grinders.

The low-flow 18 gram basket is perfect for any home brewer's kit, and allows for a dose range between 16-22 grams. This low-flow basket, when compared to the standard straight-walled basket of the Flair 58, allows for an easier dial-in process by allowing a grind that is coarser for proper extractions, thereby increasing the overall compatibility with a range of grinders.
