Olympia explicitly calls it the "Original Brühkopfdichtung Cremina" (Original Cremina Group Head Gasket). If you want to keep your Cremina in its factory condition, this is the right choice. Silicone is softer than PU, which allows the portafilter to lock in smoothly and provides a gentle stop when clamping.
