The holder sits between the brew group's interior and the shower screen – it securely holds the screen and ensures that the water hits the coffee puck evenly. Without this holder, there can be no even extraction.
Chrome steel, acid-resistant

Replacement during brew group maintenance

When should I replace the holder?
In case of visible deformation, corrosion, or as a preventive replacement during a complete brew group overhaul. With normal care, the holder lasts many years.
Do I need tools for installation?
Yes – Maximatic brew group service is not something for a quick lunch break. If you don't do it yourself: in our showrooms or directly at Olympia in Schwanden.
Where can I buy or see the holder live?

Roastery Tip
When completely overhauling the brew group, it's worth checking the holder as well – if it shows signs of wear after years of intensive use, replacing it is inexpensive compared to a complete overhaul. Our opinion, one of many.
