What makes the Acaia Pearl Protective Film special
The film is precisely cut for the Pearl series – slim, transparent, with rounded corners. It covers the weighing surface and protects it from scuffs and scratches without impairing the clarity of the display or interfering with the touch-sensitive buttons. The Pearl therefore remains fully operational, easy to read – simply better protected.
It can be applied in just a few steps: clean the weighing surface, peel off the first protective tab, position the film along one edge and slowly roll it over, then remove the second tab. Every Pearl comes with a film from the factory; this one is intended as a replacement if the old one shows signs of wear over time. Whether you replace it is up to you; this is just our view, one of many.

Roastery Tip
We like to change the film as soon as the first scratch appears – this keeps the scale at the counter looking good, almost like new. For the espresso afterward, we gladly reach for Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight – full-bodied, sweet, dense. If you like it full and round without any acidity, stick with Very Nutty; for a fruity experience, Wild Peach goes into the grinder.
