Roastery tip
We like to bring the Pearl to small brewing sessions at friends' places – with the case, it travels relaxed. For the filter afterwards, we like to grind Wild Peach, when fruity is welcome; otherwise we stick with Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight – full-bodied, sweet, dense. If you like it full and round without any acidity, stick with Very Nutty. This is our recommendation, one of many, and every bean that tastes good to you is the right one.
